| I want to ask a semi-hypothetical question: You have $100 per month advertising budget for your website. Your goal is to drive targeted useful traffic to your site. How are you going to spend that $100?

I've had a decent response with Google Adwords. And now that Google has added the monthly limit feature, you may be able to better manage your monthly advertising with them.

This reminds me. I have not done a lot of PPC advertising yet, but as my "empire" expands, it is something I definately want to do more with. I did get an invite from the MSN Adcenter program so I am thinking I will check that out as well.

| What does the MSN Adcenter program offer? I haven't heard of that yet.

I don't know entirely. I haven't signed in yet, but I am told it has some pretty neat features compared to adsense. It is currently in beta. I think they are a ways off from offering a publishing network with it. I just think it is to put ads on their MSN search results.

| Interesting... wasn't MSN using Overture a while back?

I have never really gotten into the PPC yet but this is something I might consider looking into further. This will be especially true when I have more marketing funds.

| The Google Adwords option look like a good idea especially since they have the monthly limit feature. That would make it easy to stay within budget.
